Speaker Spotlight | Seasonal School on Energy Efficiency

We are excited to introduce Dr. Marzio Barresi (Member, IEEE) from Politecnico di Milano, Italy 
Dr. Barresi earned his M.S. (cum laude) and European Ph.D. (cum laude) in Electrical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano in 2019 and 2023, respectively.
Since 2023, he has been a Researcher in the Electric Power Systems and Power Electronics Research Group at the Department of Electronics, Information, and Bioengineering, Politecnico di Milano. His research focuses on:- Renewable generation systems
- Electric vehicles
- Energy storage systems
- Control and modeling of modular multilevel converters
- Power electronics-dominated power systems
Dr. Barresi also contributes as an Associate Editor for the IEEE Open Journal of Vehicular Technology and IET Renewable Power Generation.
