On 22 January 2026, partners of the 3E-Partnership Project convened for the 21st Coordination Meeting, bringing together representatives from Georgia, Azerbaijan, Ukraine and the European Union.

This meeting took place at a key milestone for the project, just ahead of the launch of the first 3E-Partnership Seasonal School on Energy Efficiency. The consortium finalized the agenda, speakers, organizational arrangements and technical setup, ensuring full readiness for the upcoming four-day academic program.

Partners also reviewed the overall progress of Work Packages, confirmed timelines for the next implementation phase, and discussed risk mitigation measures to ensure smooth delivery of planned activities. Particular attention was given to quality assurance, participant engagement, and the alignment of educational content with EU priorities on energy efficiency, sustainability and the green transition.

The discussion further reinforced the importance of cross-partner coordination and knowledge exchange, highlighting the value of Erasmus+ Capacity Building projects in strengthening higher education systems and fostering regional cooperation.

As the Seasonal School officially begins, the 3E-Partnership project moves forward with strong momentum, translating strategic planning into concrete educational impact across partner countries.
